How to Make the Most of Our Support Center

We work around the clock to make sure Grindr Knowledgebase and Support Center is consistently addressing your concerns in a timely manner. Every Grindr update is aimed at maximizing your Grindr experience and minimizing the potential for technical issues.

Before you contact our team at [email protected] be sure to check out Grindr’s Knowledgebase and Support Center to find out if there’s already an answer to your question support article.  Often times, users experience the same issues so we’ve already addressed them for you and collected the responses at our online Knowledgebase and Support Center so you can have the fastest possible resolution to your problem.  If you don’t find the information you need,of course, we want to hear from you.  In fact, Grindr regularly listens to your suggestions and translates your ideas into real features! Here are a few success stories in that regard:

1) The Blackberry beta version: You asked us to make Grindr compatible with non-Apple devices, and we listened.

2) Grindr for iPad: Many of the features that are exclusive to the iPad came from user suggestions.

Grindr is proud to say that most of the vast majority of support claims are answered within one business day. Want faster? Get Grindr X(tra) and you’ll receive access to our premium support services.

Where in the World Is Grindr?

In a word, everywhere. As of September 2010, Grindr has over one million users in 180 countries around the world, including places as far-flung as Djibouti, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, and Sri Lanka. Consider that there’s a total of 192 countries in the United Nations, and you get an idea of how ubiquitous our location-based social-networking application is. The most surprising fact about Grindr? Users spend an average of 1.3 hours logged in a day! On a monthly basis, there are almost 600,000 active users. Since we’re based in Los Angeles, you might think that the world city with the highest number of users is in the United States, but the answer might surprise you:

It’s actually London, which boasts 62,000 users from a total population of 7.5 million. In other words, about 1 in every 60 male Londoners uses Grindr! Here’s the full list of the top 10 countries and cities with the most Grindr users:
